If a gift certificate is your form of payment, please let the receptionist know when you call for your appointment, and present it to your therapist when services are rendered.

Please note that gratuity is not included with the purchase of a gift certificate unless indicated on the certificate. Gift Certificates are valid for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. Credit on services ONLY- No cash Refunds.
